Theonee
Theonee has been in the hair industry since 2006. After earning her cosmetology license while in high school, she received 3 years of salon experience and training at An Albert Luiz Salon & Spa. Through the course of another 12 years, she advanced her career via continuing education and moving to an independent studio. Along the way, she met and worked alongside Ashlee. Together, in 2017, they partnered up to open Studio Privé.
Theonee loves to have a good time with her clients and strives to create a fun-loving environment. Her specialties include highlights, balayage, and color correction.

Ashlee
After graduating from the University of Houston in 2005, Ashlee decided to venture into the hair industry. From 2006-2014, she grew from training in a well-known salon near the Galleria to honing her skills in a salon in Sugar Land. After 8 years in the salon industry, she moved on to entrepreneurship by opening her own studio, and partnered with Theonee to open Studio Privé.
Throughout her career, Ashlee has made it a priority to continue gaining knowledge on current hair styles and techniques. Her favorite part of her career is building relationships with clients and making them feel good about themselves. Her specialties include a variety of cuts, as well as natural and modern color techniques.

Jenni
Jenni has been in the beauty industry since she was 19 years old. She started out managing a salon and day spa in the Sugar Land area while she attended the University of Houston. It was there that her love for the industry began, and now she has been doing hair for over 9 years. She makes it a priority to stay current in all that is trending in the industry through her commitment to education and the relationships she maintains with other industry professionals.
Jenni not only loves the artistic side of creating beautiful hair, but more than that she loves developing lasting relationships with her clients. Her specialties include balayage, men's hair, and enhancing natural red and copper hair.

Shadya
Ohio-born-and-raised, Shadya has 2 beautiful daughters, loves running, and is down for anything outdoors. She moved to Texas at 18 and has been styling hair for 15 years.
With a passion for color - specifically balayage and the on-trend lived-in color style - Shadya brought her talents to Studio Privé in 2021. She aims to provide a pleasant and relaxing experience for her clients, while doing everything possible to make all of their hair dreams come true. She believes that always striving to be the best colorist and hairstylist she can be means learning never stops. Her commitment to investing in continued education shows results that speak for themselves.
